Inspired by the wonder of beloved theme parks from around the world, this event invites guests to experience a world filled with whimsical creations, eerie elegance, and unforgettable seasonal fun. Think glowing pumpkins, friendly ghosts, magical potions, and all the cozy fall vibes that make October so special. 👻🕯️🍁

We're looking for talented artists, makers, crafters, and food vendors whose creativity can capture the spirit of the season. Whether you create hauntingly beautiful artwork, spellbinding handmade goods, autumn-inspired treats, or magical merchandise, we want you to help bring this enchanting marketplace to life. 🎨🧙🍪

From charming Halloween-inspired creations to fantasy-filled keepsakes and delicious seasonal delights, Magical Makers is where creativity, community, and a little October magic collide for guests of all ages. 🌙✨

NOTE: All vendors are outdoors and are required to use a 10x10ft tent.

New Rule for all of our events

  • Required to have event insurance (you’ll need to add TCS as additional insured as well as the venue)

  • Required to have seller’s permit (able to provide if asked at an event for proof)

  • No Multi Level Marketing Businesses will be allowed to sell at these events

  • Food vendors are required to send their TFF fee (if applicable), TFF/MEV paperwork at the same time they provide their vendor fee (minimum of 3 weeks prior to event)
